We offer a viewing package tailored to help you to find the property you want in the area. We will assist you to arrange your flight and pick you up, and return you to Bodrum or Izmir airport.
We have English agents who live in Turkey and will be able to answer to many questions that I am sure you have. They are here to help you so don't hesitate to ask as many questions as you like. When an area established we will then discuss what property you require and will take you to view as many as you want. Once you have decided on the property you would like to purchase we arrange for you to visit our solicitors to sign contracts and our English agents will be there with you to walk you throught the procedure.

Should you purchase from us then we offer the following :
If you purchase is our own construction, we will
1. Pay the cost of your flight ticket for two up to 300 GBP.
2. Cover the cost of your accommodation.
3. Pay your transfer fee.
Any other purchase we will
1. Cover the cost of your accommodation.
2. Pay your transfer fee.
Should you not make a purchase from us we will have to ask you cover the cost of your accommodation and transfer fee. But as we spend time to listen your needs we feel sure that we should be able to find a property suit you.
